Shipping & Delivery
1. Please inspect the installation upon completion. If any issues are found, kindly notify the Company within 7 days. (After this period, the Company reserves the right to decline cancellation of the contract based on such issues.)
2. Please ensure that the installation area, including water and electrical systems, is properly prepared and meets the required standards to accommodate installation and operation.
3. The product must remain at the original installation site throughout the contract period. If relocation is required, please notify the Company in advance on every occasion.
Standard Return
1. The Company reserves the right to terminate the contract in the event of payment default or breach of any contractual terms. In such case, the Customer shall return the product in good condition and settle all outstanding balances in full.
2. Early Termination Penalty :
2.1 3 Year Contract
– Termination before completing 2 years : The Customer must pay the remaining installments up to a total of 24 installments, plus fifty percent (50%) of the remaining installments until the end of the contract term.
– Termination after completing 2 years : The Customer must pay fifty percent (50%) of the remaining installments until the end of the contract term.
2.2 5 Year Contract or Longer
– Termination before completing 3 years : The Customer must pay the remaining installments up to a total of 36 installments, plus fifty percent (50%) of the remaining installments until the end of the contract term.
– Termination after completing 3 years : The Customer must pay fifty percent (50%) of the remaining installments until the end of the contract term.
